Shipping & Packaging
Not at all! We package each arrangement with extra care using protective materials to ensure your flowers arrive in perfect condition. If any petals get slightly bent during transit, they can be gently reshaped.
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 days after your order is crafted. We'll send you tracking information so you can follow your flowers on their journey to you!

Returns & Refunds
Since each piece is handmade to order just for you, we don't accept returns on custom items. However, if your order arrives damaged or isn't what you expected, please contact us within 48 hours and we'll make it right!
We're so sorry if that happens! Please take photos and contact us immediately. We'll either send you a replacement or issue a full refund. Your satisfaction is our priority!
If you need to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. If we haven't started crafting your order yet, we'll issue a full refund. Once we've begun work, cancellations may not be possible.
